Hi, We’re Rachel & Sean 👋🏼

We’re Rachel and Sean, the husband-and-wife team behind Casa Blanca Cocoa Beach. We purchased this little slice of paradise in October 2025 and spent the following year completely gutting and renovating it, transforming it from the ground up into the coastal retreat you see today. It spent its previous life as a surf school, copy center, hair salon and other odds and ends businesses. 

Sean is a licensed electrical contractor and Rachel is a local Realtor, so taking on projects and bringing homes to life is very much part of who we are. Every detail of Casa Blanca was designed by Rachel, from the warm Mediterranean-inspired interiors and finishes to the outdoor spaces and little touches throughout. Sean helped turn those ideas into reality, and together we poured countless hours into creating a place that feels beautiful, comfortable and distinctly Cocoa Beach. It truly has been a labor of love.

When we’re not working on a project, we’re usually planning our next trip, spending time near the ocean or finding somewhere new to explore. We have a deep love for travel, nature and the water, and many of the details at Casa Blanca were inspired by places we’ve visited and loved along the way.

We live nearby in Merritt Island with our slightly furry family: two dogs, a cat, fish and 16 chickens (and hopefully some small humans in the future). Rachel's mom Tracy is helping us manage the day to day operations, so you might see her around too!

Our goal with Casa Blanca was to create the kind of place we would want to stay when we travel: thoughtfully designed, comfortable, full of character and close to everything that makes the destination special. We hope you love your time here as much as we loved creating it.
