How far is Casa Blanca from the beach?
Casa Blanca is directly across the street from the beach, making it easy to grab the provided beach chairs, umbrella and wagon and head out for a day by the ocean. The access is on Slater way.

How close are you to Downtown Cocoa Beach?
We’re located just two blocks from Downtown Cocoa Beach! Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping and entertainment are all within easy walking distance, so you can park the car and explore on foot.

Is parking available?
Yes! Casa Blanca has complimentary on-site parking for our guests. Please use the striped spot for loading and unloading only.

Does Casa Blanca have a private pool?
Yes. Our tropical outdoor space features a 5-foot-deep swimming pool along with lounge seating, dining areas, an outdoor shower, gas grill and outdoor refrigerators. Guests renting the entire property have exclusive use of the pool and outdoor areas. If you are renting Luna or Sol, you will share the pool.

Is the pool heated?
Yes in the colder months we do heat the pool for your enjoyment.

Can I rent just one side of Casa Blanca?
Yes! Casa Blanca is made up of two separate vacation homes, Luna and Sol. Each can be booked individually, or you can reserve the entire property for larger groups traveling together.

How many guests can Casa Blanca accommodate?
When rented as the entire property, Casa Blanca accommodates up to 12 guests: 8 adults and 4 children. Each side has two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a full bathroom, giving larger groups plenty of space while still allowing a little privacy. Luna and Sol can accommodate 6 guests: 4 adults and 2 children.

What are the sleeping arrangements?
Each unit has a primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. Children only on the top bunk.

Is the property good for two families or groups traveling together?
Absolutely! This is one of our favorite things about Casa Blanca. Luna and Sol give each family its own kitchen, bathroom and living space, while everyone can enjoy the pool and outdoor areas together.

Do you provide beach gear?
Yes! We provide beach chairs, a beach wagon and an umbrella so you don’t have to pack the bulky stuff.

Do you provide beach towels?
Yes! Beach/pool towels are provided for our guests, so you can save some room in your suitcase.

Do you provide a crib or high chair?
Yes. We provide a pack and play, high chair, and dishware upon request.

Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Both Luna and Sol have their own fully equipped kitchens. We also provide coffee, tea and sugar to help get your mornings started.

Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, guest laundry is available on the property in the shed near the pool.

Do you have Wi-Fi and Smart TVs?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and our Smart TVs allow you to sign into your favorite streaming services using your own accounts.

Are pets allowed?
No. Casa Blanca is a pet-free property.

Are parties or events allowed?
No. To protect the property and provide a peaceful experience for our guests and neighbors, parties, events and unregistered gatherings are not permitted.

Do guests need to sign a rental agreement?
Yes. The primary guest must be present for the reservation, and a separate rental agreement is required to be signed by all adults on the reservation before check-in. All registered guests must follow the property and pool rules.

Are there security cameras?
Yes. Exterior security cameras are present around the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private indoor spaces.

What time are check-in and check-out?
3pm check in and 11am check out.

Can we request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our reservation and cleaning schedule. Please contact us before your stay to inquire. We’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible!

Can we walk to restaurants and bars?
Definitely! One of Casa Blanca’s biggest perks is its location. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just a couple of blocks away, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping and nightlife within walking distance.

How far is Casa Blanca from Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center?
Casa Blanca makes a great home base for exploring Florida’s Space Coast, including Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. You may even get to catch one of our famous rocket launches while you’re here! 🚀
